History of the Pakistan 

Karachi is a city of lights. There are beautiful beaches and many amusements. One of these charming places is the safari park.  

 The hills of the safari park, which is rich in natural beauty, are the cause of its charm. The administration has enhanced the beauty of the safari park by arranging various recreational facilities for the people.

 The public interest has increased with the provision of swings for young children and a clean and tidy place in a pleasant environment for adults and adventure sports for the youth.

 There are very few sources of entertainment in Karachi.

 Therefore, Safari Park has become an important amusement park. Safari Park is located on University Road, Gulistan which is in the area of ​​Har. 

Gulshan_e_Iqbal

Gulshan-e-Iqbal area is located on three sides of this park while Karachi University and Safura Goth are located on one side.

 The safari park is currently divided into two parts, one for the general public and the other behind the scenes.

 A stone statue of an elephant is installed at the gate of the safari park as a sign. After entering through the gate, the park will be visible.

 There are different types of swings for children. There is also a safari canteen and a reception attached to it. 

There is a lake with a children's park with a beautiful pagoda. There are many ducks in the lake around it.  ۔

 There is greenery around the lake where visitors can be seen sitting in groups chatting and eating and drinking. There are also a significant number of trees.

 The chirping of birds on the trees, the fresh air gives peace. Sometimes getting up from the lake.  The sounds of ducks attract people's attention.

 Going beyond the lake, the stone stairs go so high that people can easily explore the surroundings of the safari park.

 The paths to the safari park are paved with stone steps or rocks. There are some cages along the way in which peacocks and some others can be seen.

 There is a long cage with some deer in it. From here, the path turns to another hill. Between these two parts there is a long ditch which is full of mud and bushes. 

The other hill is a complete park.  Is .

 You can go up to its height with the car. At this height also different stairs are made of stones, you can climb them and go even higher.

 There is an artificial waterfall here but it is silent!  If you reach the height and take a few more steps, you can take a look around Karachi from a platform.

 On one side you can see Karachi Airport and its hangars, on the other side you can see a long series of buildings.

 On one side you can see Gulistan which is Har and Karachi University. On the other side you can see Gulshan-e-Iqbal.  Appear in front

 Some tall buildings can be seen in the distance.

 A part of the safari park is hidden from public view. This is the part where the animals have been set free in which different types of deer and blue cows can be seen roaming. It consists of four enclosures.

 There are also many gazelles in this section which are increasing in number. Initially there were six blue cows which have multiplied many times now.  

White elephants, European sheep, gazelles, water bugs, flamingos, cyber deer and other species of animals can be seen.

 The safari park was established in 1970. It has hundreds of animals and birds. 

The animals include elephants, zebras, lamas, various species of deer, ostriches, various species of peacocks, ducks, swords, etc.

 Four baby elephant calves from Tanzania were introduced to the public in a safari park in 2011 after undergoing a medical examination and getting acquainted with the environment.

 The elephants were three females and one male and ranged in age from two to four years.  

The city district government held a competition among Karachi children to name the elephants.

 Two months after the naming, the two elephants were moved to the ancient zoo in Karachi.

 A male and a female elephant are present in the safari park. 

The number of plants planted in the safari park and the way they are being maintained, if this trend continues, after some time, there will be a beautiful forest here.  will come.

 The cable chair has been running here for a few years now. In addition, there is an adventure park for the youth and children at the very top of the hill of the safari park. The safari park adds to the beauty of Karachi.
